PHP 4.4.2 Security Fixes released
8. May 2006
A few days ago PHP 5.1.4 was released by PHP.net which fixes a number of security bugs. As usual the release announcement is very short in mentioning the specific flaws which makes it very hard for administrators to judge if an update is needed or not.
Additionally it seems that PHP.net doesn't care about PHP4 users anymore, because repeatedly asking for a security fix for PHP4 resulted in no response.
We have therefore decided to release our own security fixes for PHP 4.4.2, which you can find in our download area.
As usual these fixes are already in the latest version of the Hardening-Patch (0.4.10)
